These dual-mass-flywheels are a balls lads. Does anyone know of a kit to convert it over to a traditional type solid flywheel. BTW its an 05' Veccy C CDTI120 Z19DT

dont think there is any one doing one of these yet mine has been rattling for 20k now and still waitin for some one to start making one its nearly 600 euro from opel mines a 150 cdti

I am not aware of a conversion kit for these DMFs.

Ye it was a long-shot alright. i'v heard of a few people local that have converted their transit.

I thought you could just change flywheel , clutch and pressure plate back to earlier std ones ??

i never heard that before, iv been talkin to a neighbour who's a gearbox genius and if anyone would have heard about it would be him. But its possible.

yea you can change the fly wheel and replace the clutch with a sprung one but not in the veccy yet ford and vw audi no prob cos they give so much trouble no one has come up with a replacement for the opels yet

give EURO CAR PARTS a call, ive got a few dmf kits off them for different cars and they werent too dear, think it was 350stg for clutch kit and dmf for an passet.

unfortunatly the only people doin these are GM so can only be got genuine

i rang a guy advertised in the dealer the add headin was
clutches r us
i think he said 400 for a sort of solid think he said twas welded life time gaurantee.
he will take mine off me aswell.
my car is an is200
