The part in behind the dash — are the carpets wet or does it mist up at all?

When was the pollen filter changed last?

I'd check your water levels and see if they're dropping. If they drop below a certain point they can cause the interior of the car not to heat up at all and loss of coolant usually points to the Heater Matrix. Are the carpets in the front damp and does the wind screen Fog up regularly?

As you say the heater rad is not blocked or leaking it still could be the heater rad , have you run a water hose through it ? to see if its blocked
If you have run a garden hose through it and it flows doesnt mean its not blocked , sediment collects in the heater rad and blocks it but not enough to stop water flow but enough to stop heat radiating

thanks lads but floor isnt damp or wet never uses water or go below the level. I do alot of trailer work pulling car transporter wit it an some times temperature does be well up but she never boils over. pollen filter is new also. only thing is maybe to change the rad it like you said maybe its blocked and water still flowing through it.
